Quality systems are an integral part of our management programs and are closely integrated with the Food Safety programs. We can therefore assure all out products are safe and meet industry standards.

We achieve our quality objectives through our uncomprimising attention to detail in everything we do, providing appropriate resources and motivating our employees to be enthusiastic about quality and continuous improvement.

We view quality as a key driver within the food industry and we believe quality should always come first.

Business Excellence

At Weston Milling it is important that we are operating at optimum capacity. We use a number of International Standards in order to monitor our performance in the work place. This includes programmes such as the ACC partnerships plan which is designed to monitor the Health & Safety programme on each site. It is our goal to use these tools effectively to assist us in becoming a top performing company.

Weston Milling also has many other policies in place which outline our commitment to our staff to do the same.

Health & Safety

As an organisation, we take our commitment to a safe workplace seriously and we expect our staff to do the same. It is the responsibility of every employee to manage health and safety in a combined effort in order to keep all employees free from harm.

Food Safety

At Weston Milling we are committed to meeting the changing requirements of the regulatory authorities as well as our customers. We have therefore developed a Food Safety Programme based on the principles of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) which enables us to supply products which meets certain safety standards.
All staff involved are traines in our extensive Food safety programme which ensures the highest possible level of safety when it comes to the manufacturing of food. We are also involved in internal audits and site inspections in order to ensure that our systems are running effectively.
