VICTORY Flour
Victory is excellent for bread and rolls, croissants, flat breads, pies and puff pastry. Victory flour is a strong bakers flour milled from a hard wheat grist.
MAXIMUS Flour
The wide range of uses of Maximus include bread, bread rolls, hamburger rolls, soft rolls, fruit cakes, pastry, pies and sausage rolls. Maximus is a versatile bakers flour milled from a blend of hard and medium wheats.
EAGLE Flour
Eagle has been specially formulated for the production of pie tops and bottoms, puff and shortcrust pastry and custard tarts. Eagle pie flour is a medium protein flour milled from a blend of hard and medium wheats.
EVEREST Flour
Everest is the first choice for the production of hard sweet biscuits, waffles, pikelets and flapjacks, scotch shortbread and biscotti. Everest is a top grade soft biscuit flour milled from a blend of premium soft wheats.
FINE-TEX Flour
For many years, Fine-Tex has been the benchmark flour for sponge cakes, sponge sheets and rolls, lamingtons, cup cakes and block cakes. Fine-Tex is a high grade chlorinated patent flour milled from a blend of premium soft and soft ASW wheats.
