The Foodstuffs NZ Fresh Expo 2011

We were recently at the Foodstuffs Expo! Check it out..

On the 10/11th August, Weston Milling were at the Foodstuffs NZ Fresh Expo in Palmerston North. Weston Milling usually attend the expo, but this year the plan was a little different to past years.

The show highlighted the new range of Weston Milling pastry fats and the ever popular Harvest bread mixes.

Special guest Tim Aspinal, carved the AMAZING sculpture below over the two days at the show, using the Weston Milling pastry fats products. It was a highlight at the show, and the sculpture definitely demonstrated the versatility of the product!
