Method:
1. Place all in a bowl except mixed fruit. Liquids first
2. Mix on speed 1 for 1 minute. Scrape down.
3. Mix on speed 2 for 3 minutes.
4. Add fruit and scale.
5. Scale 300 grams/ 500 grams
6. Place into pudding bowls
7. Bake in oven with steam 150˚C for approx. 1 hour.
8. Cool and lid. Add custard, or ice to finish – Just a serving suggestion.
