Can we come in and pick up a bag of flour/product? We are a home user.

Sorry, we are not a direct supplier to the customer, we are a distributor, therefore we do not have a shop open to the public. Please ring 0800 973 866 to speak with a customer services representative, who will direct you to your nearest supplier of Weston Milling product.

 

What is your minimum delivery requirements.

If you have an account with us, our minimum delivery for a business is 500kg.

 

Can I just order once off, without opening an account?

Sorry, we only provide product to our account holders. Please ring 0800 973 866 to speak with a customer services representative, who will direct you to your nearest supplier of Weston Milling product or alternatively ask them to send you an application form to open your own account.

 

Do you sell gluten free products?

We do not sell gluten free products due to the nature of our current production facility. For gluten free products, our sister company, Tip Top Bread, sell an extensive range of gluten free products. Visit www.tiptopbread.co.nz for a list of their products and uses.

 

Can I pay cash? Sorry, we do not do cash sales.

We do offer a variety of methods to pay your account, and have done our vest to make this as easy as possible for our customers. Please see the Accounts page on the website for more information on how to do so.
