A strong feature in Weston Milling’s quality control programme is the availability of our fully qualified laboratory chemists in each branch to take their in-depth knowledge to customers. It’s all apart of our partnership approach to the pursuit of excellence in product quality and service.
Complimenting the state of the art Laboratories, Weston’s boasts of its centrally located and fully equipped test bakery in Auckland. Our resident Product Development Manager is constantly busy developing a full range of bread mixes, cake mixers and improvers. New products are developed for the general market as required, as specific to individual customers.
Weston’s are proud of their compliance culture that is has adopted throughout the years, ensuring that its food safety standards, Health and Safety standards and all environmental factors have all met the standards required.
